State offers unexpected loan for bridge project
The city of Tacoma recently got some good news when Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) offered a $20 million loan for repair work on Murray Morgan Bridge. The state will charge no interest and the city will have 10 years to pay it off. Read more...
