// Nearly a million fans celebrate victory at full volume

You could hear it, and feel it, at full fever when the clock struck 12:12 p.m. – the “Moment of Loudness” officially proclaimed by Gov. Jay Inslee to celebrate the Seahawks’ first Super Bowl victory in the history of the franchise. Attracting an estimated 700,000 people – more than the city’s population – to downtown Seattle, the mood was electric along the entire 2-mile length of the parade, as fans poured out their appreciation and love for the team on this history making day.
