From now until Sept. 6 Washington residents have a chance to win a brand new home valued at $280,000. The contest is open to Washington state residents age 18 and older.
You’re Home Free is a contest to win a home located in a new community called Tehaleh near Bonney Lake. To win the free home, Washingtonians will compete in a multi-stage contest culminating in an on-site race on Grand Opening Day. The winner will have their choice of one of Tehaleh’s five builders. They will also be able to choose their home’s floor plan, finishes and location from lots associated with the builder of their choice.
Contestants must enter by Sept. 6 to participate. The grand opening and Great Race finale is set for Sept. 29
Near Bonney Lake in Pierce County Tehaleh, developed by Newland Communities, is planning to have approximately 5,900 homes, a 419-acre employment center and 3.9 million square feet of commercial/retail space. The Tehaleh community will also feature area schools, with Donald Eismann Elementary already open, a fire station, more than 1,000 acres of parks and open space, an extensive network of trails and a Village Center.
