If you listen to Seattle's KZOK-FM (102.5) you know that morning show host Danny Bonaduce has been doing a monthly standup gig on the first Sunday of each month at Tacoma Comedy Club. Tacoma Weekly got a few minutes of face time with the former child star turned reality TV wild man turned Seattle radio personality before he went onstage last night. And among the revelations that came out of that chat was that he may soon be shooting a new TV show in our fair city.
“I can't tell you what it is, 'cause every I isn't dotted, every T isn't crossed,” Bonaduce said as he was exiting the green room. “But I've sold a 10-episode series that shoots in Tacoma.”
He may have been tight-lipped about the shows details. But one thing he could be more forthcoming about was his upcoming TV appearance on "Where Are They Now?" on Oprah Winfrey's OWN network. The Bonaduces said a film crew is coming to their Seattle home to film on Friday, April 12, though they're not sure when the episode will air.
And speaking of their crib in Seattle, check out the accompanying photo of Bonaduce's recently finished back tattoo, which pays homage to his newest hometown. The ink was barely dry, and he winced more than once as fans slapped him on the back, professing their love of Danny Partridge.
