Free crazy bread for shoe donations!

Tacoma Goodwill and Little Caesars have announced a partnership encouraging local residents to clean out their closets and donate a pair of shoes to Goodwill. Here’s how it works: When you donate a pair of shoes at a participating Little Caesars location you receive a coupon for a free order of World Famous Crazy Bread and a coupon for 30 percent off your next purchase for one item at Goodwill.

“Goodwill gets a much-needed boost of great shoes for our retail stores and those who donate get rewarded for their contribution from Little Caesars and Goodwill,” said Terry A. Hayes, Tacoma Goodwill President & CEO. “And every pair of shoes donated to Goodwill through Little Caesars helps fund our job training and education programs – programs that are more in demand than ever before in these challenging economic times.”

The campaign will take place Oct. 14 – 30 and kicks off at the 101 S. 38th St, Tacoma, Little Caesars location. The kick-off will be hosted with a live remote from 11am – 1pm on Oct. 14 with radio personalities from 100.7 The Wolf. A total of 11 Little Caesars locations are participating in the event from Tacoma, Sumner, Lakewood, Lacey and Puyallup.

“We’re extremely excited about partnering with Goodwill for this cause,” said Sebastian Brost, local franchisee of Little Caesars. “In these tough economic times, Goodwill provides affordable-shoes, clothing and many other items for both families and workers.”

There are also specific Goodwill locations that will be handing out the coupon for Crazy Bread for every shoe donation. For a complete list of locations and further information on this event, please visit or
