Dometop neighborhood cleanup

The city of Tacoma will hold a cleanup of the Dometop neighborhood on April 7. It will take place in the parking lot of Tacoma Dome. Homeowners and renters in single-family and duplex residences in this section of the city can unload unwanted items for free. All that is required is proof of residence, such as a driver's license or current utility bill. Items that cannot be dumped include material from a business, cars, campers, truck canopies, boats, daily household garbage, hazardous waste and animal carcasses. For more information call Allyson Griffith with Community Based Services at (253) 591-5119.
