2013 Earth Day Art Contest now accepting art

The 2013 Earth Day Art Contest is open to Tacoma students, from kindergarten through 8th grade now through March 29. This is their chance to create a poster illustrating the environmentally-responsible actions they've learned from the City of Tacoma’s EnviroChallenger educators and how they practice these actions at home, at the park or while playing or watching sports.

Prizes include passes to the Tacoma Rainiers and Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium. All entries must be postmarked by March 29. Art Contest entry form and guidelines are available online at the city's website.

EnviroKids is a service of the City of Tacoma and the EnviroChallenger program.
