Pop singer CeeLo Green and country superstar Carrie Underwood are headed to Puyallup. They're the latest additions to the Western Washington Fair 2013 concert series, announced on Monday.
Green – known for his stints with Goodie Mob and Gnarls Barkley, his smash solo hit “Forget You” and for mentoring Tacoma's Vicci Martinez and other contestants on NBC-TV's “The Voice” - will headline the Puyallup Fair & Event Center grandstand at 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 12.
Underwood – an “American Idol” alumnus known for “Jesus Take the Wheel,” “Before He Cheats” and other hits – will headline the grandstand at 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 13.
Tickets for both shows will go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 23, with prices ranging from $20 to $60 for CeeLo and $45 to $95 for Underwood. Tickets can be purchased by phone by calling the Western Washington Fair box office at (888) 559-3247.
