“Budrus,” a film about Israelis joining residents of a Palestinian village in their effort to re-route the proposed Separation Wall, will be shown at Temple Beth El (5975 S.12th St) on Sept. 9 at 3 p.m. The film follows a growing group of Palestinians who are joined by Israelis in their effort to save the village from being crisscrossed by the wall. Tacoma Noise Rodeo – three people playing a 45-minute solo set followed by a 45-minute group jam. Seniors aged 65 or older will receive special half-price general admission at Northwest Trek Wildlife Park throughout the month of September. Kids are back in school and the weather is traditionally grand. It is a great time to get out and enjoy the scenery, the smaller crowds and the relaxed pace of the season.
